Courtney Chandler, E-RYT 200

Courtney has been teaching yoga (power vinyasa, nidra, restorative) and meditation for the past 5 years, is certified in trauma-informed yoga instruction, and is registered with Yoga Alliance. She recently relocated to Greenville, SC from Denver, CO where she was a director for a non-profit arts organization, facilitating poetry and art workshops throughout Colorado. As a visual artist and graduate student working towards her MA in Art Therapy, Courtney wholeheartedly believes in the power of the creative and expressive arts, and the calming, healing, and freeing qualities they bring to all in pursuit of personal growth. Her main goal as an instructor is to encourage and inspire everyone to strengthen their mind + body + creative spirit connection, reach their personal goals (and beyond!), and have an incredibly enjoyable time doing it! Courtney brings creativity and enthusiasm to each of her classes/workshops.

Courtney has a BA from MSU Denver in Art and Psychology, and currently works as a counselor at The Phoenix Center in Greenville, SC. Her artwork has been shown in more than 35 galleries and art festivals. She loves painting murals, hiking, and experiencing new things.
